Delivery procedures available from MAD4Collectables to You

(1) MAD4Collectables aim to despatch the Goods to you within 7 days of acknowledging your order but this is dependant upon stock levels. MAD4Collectables have specified sufficient stock levels within the product listings, however due to the large number of events we attend this on occasion can differ.

(2) MAD4Collectables will send your Goods to you by insured post, we will select an appropriate method of shipping, this can vary dependant on the size, weight, value and destination, but rest assured your Goods will arrive in excellent condition, we pride ourselves on the time and care taken when packing parcels, no matter the value. Products will be shipped in boxes, jiffy bags etc, whatever is suitable for your parcel to arrive in perfect condition.

(3) All shipping charges are calculated within the checkout screen, the postal charge will vary dependant on weight and destination, the site is configured for International Shipping to a number of Countries, if yours is missing please contact us and we will add as required.

(4) MAD4Collectables will accept no responsibility for the Manufacturers failure to deliver products to MAD4Collectables on time. A number of products are manufactured in the United States Of America and as such there is a slight delay between a products release and reaching MAD4Collectables. Please bear will us, we will supply you with what has been ordered as quickly as possible after our receipt of product from the Manufacturer/Wholesaler.

(5) MAD4Collectables excludes any and all liability to you for delay in or failure to deliver and will not be liable to you for damages, including consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption or any other losses howsoever incurred, for delay in or failure to deliver in any circumstances, including our negligence.

(6) Products listed as 7-21 Shipping will be sourced and thus take a little longer to mail out. Unless Pre-Order products are contained within your order all products will ship upon completion of the order by ourselves. Pre-Order products will ship as and when released and received by ourselves from the Manufacturer/Wholesaler.

(7) MAD4Collectables may defer the despatch of the Goods pending payment of any sums due from you to us.

(8) MAD4 Collectables reserve the right to refuse to ship product to certain Countries, although MAD4Collectables will ship most items to most locations. If this applies to you we will contact you and refund any monies as required.
